Convergys Recognized for CRM Solutions, Call Center Services

 Convergys Corporation, a major player in relationship management, was named the “Best CRM Solution Provider” and “Best Outsourcing Call Center Service Provider” for 2010 by the China IP Communications Award Committee.

Owing to its expertise in relationship technology management and its holistic approach to superior customer solutions, Convergys has been honored with these awards by CIPCA. Convergys accepted the awards at the China Enterprise Communications Conference in Shanghai.

Following a voting round on the official award website that attracted 60,000 votes, Convergys won the prestigious awards in the Call Center category. An expert panel of industry judges evaluated the top three companies in each category, leading to Convergys’ double win.

“It is an honor to be recognized by our industry peers and we are privileged to be chosen as the recipients of these two major awards,” said Benjamin Hart, Convergys’ managing director of relationship technology management for Asia Pacific, in a press release.
